  In my childhood my father would ask if I wanted these speical dishes. They were always different so I guess you could say it's chef's choice.

• Meat Lovers

  All the meat that we have will be piled on this pizza. Sometime we only put BeyondMeat to see if unsespecting guest can actually tell the difference.

• Sarah Smile

  Hall and Oats personally came in and took over the kitchen one memorable night. This was their pizza. It made my wife smile.

• Classic Pepperoni

  My kids only accept pepperoni pizza. Any other type of pizza is a insult to them. So in their honor we make a the best peperoni pizza we can with out custom woodfire oven. It's nice.

  "Bruce" Leroy Green a.k.a "The Master" is the son of a pizza shop owner in New York City.He shared his recipe while visiting with his wife Laura Charles Green. I had asked them if they could teach me some moves.
